COMING SOON - Resistance Band Arm Workout

Keep an eye out for my upcoming video featuring 5 quick arm workouts that you can do right at home, and all you need is a resistance band!

What I love about resistance bands is that they are so versatile! You can do so many different exercises with them and they are super lightweight and portable, which I find to be much more convenient than dumbbells. In the upcoming video, I will be using a single resistance band but in my opinion, it is much more economical to invest in a set of stackable resistance bands with weight ranging from 10 lbs up to 110 lbs!

YouTube Yoga

I'll be posting some of my own workouts on here soon enough (so stay tuned!), but in the meantime I thought I'd share one of my absolute favorite at home workouts-- YouTube Yoga! All you need is a mat, some floor space, and internet access and you're ready for an awesome workout! The best part is, there are SO MANY videos out there ranging in skill level and video length. Are you a beginner that wants a gentle 20-30 minute flow to get started? There's a video for that! Are you a seasoned yogi, looking for a 90 minute intense Vinyasa flow? There's a video for that! Have a SUPER busy day but want to squeeze in a quick 5-10 minute practice? THERE'S A VIDEO FOR THAT! Are you starting to get the picture?! It really is awesome! 

I encourage you all to do your own exploration of YouTube and find yoga channels and videos that work best for you, but my favorite channels are Yoga with Adriene and Fightmaster Yoga! I highly recommend checking them out!
